Highly Qualified & Experienced Professionals
CSN Professionals have a minimum of eight years recognised training plus a minimum of six years experience, and are committed to continuing Professional and Personal Development. All CSN Professionals have been interviewed and assessed in person prior to joining CSN, and regularly thereafter.

CSN Professionals offer a focused, empowering approach, are practical and down to earth, enabling clients to identify realistic areas for change.
Professional and Confidential Service
CSN offers a professional service, tailored to your individual needs. CSN Professionals attend regular Supervision and hold appropriate Indemnity Insurance. Confidentiality is paramount and would only be breached in exceptional circumstances, with the client's prior knowledge, if the client was at risk or posed a risk to others.
Ethical Framework - BACP/UKCP
All CSN Members are fully Accredited Members of BACP/UKCP. CSN Professionals are bound by BACP/UKCP Ethical Framework for Good Practice and subject to the professional conduct procedures therein. Professions that are not included under BACP/UKCP have equivalent Memberships and Accreditations.
CRB (Enhanced) Certificate
CSN Professionals hold a current Enhanced CRB check (Criminals Record Bureau), now a legal requirement for many professionals working on a one-to-one basis with clients.
Supervision for Managers/Therapists
A number of CSN Professionals are qualified and experienced Supervisors.
